UK Mainland

All products will be shipped within 2 working days of your completed order when purchased through the website or social media platforms

Shipping to the UK is free and will be handled by the Royal Mail. You will be notified when your purchase(s) leave our depot.

Overseas

All products will be shipped within 2 working days of your completed order when purchased through the website or social media platforms

​

Shipping Outside the UK Mainland will be charged at a flat fee of £7.99 and will be despatched via an appropriate carrier

Return & Exchange Policy

We try our very best to ensure your product reaches you in the condition it left our shop. However, if there are issues with the quality upon receipt of your purchase(s) please take a photo and send to complaints@shop28.co.uk

We will endeavour to refund you for your purchase(s) within 48 hours of your email.

 

Unfortunately we can not exchange goods from our Lingerie range if worn or tags removed. We inspect every item before it leaves us to ensure no damage or faults.
